Hi my Triton T100xr doesn't heat up very well anymore. The unit made a sucking noise and since has not heated the water as it used to. I have to turn the temperature to maximum to get any heat however the pressure goes down when i do this so not much water comes out.
Do i need a new heater can assembly? Also you sell a 9.5 and a 10.5 kw. How would I know which i need?
Thank youThe thermal cut out on top of heater may have blown if not it will be your heater tank. you will require an electriction to test shower to confirm.

Hi, my triton t100xr keeps going to low pressure and cold. The micro switch works fine, I checked continuity and also depressed it whilst the shower was on so have ruled out genuine low pressure. I checked the inlet filter which was also ok. I also disconnected the sensor on the outlet pipe and it was the same. Can you advise me in what else it could be and best solution to remedy this please? Is it a simple part I can change? Thanks for your time. Anthony.
Hello, are you saying the plunger lifts and presses on the mini microswitch or does it only work if you manually press the mini microswitch? if the plunger fails to lift, then you either have low pressure or the stab/solenoid valve is faulty part no P12120801.
