Whilst getting a shower turned the temperature setting up. This caused the isolator to trip and the water stopped. Reset the trip and power returned to the supply but unable to turn the shower on. I did notice that we had been turning the shower down over the past couple of weeks as the temperature was getting too hot.
Hello, this sounds like a faulty solenoid valve, but it would need to be checked out by an electrician

When I turn the shower on the shower works but there is water also coming from little nipple behind shower outlet what part is this and why is this happening
Hello, it is the PRD (pressure relief device), it blows because of a build up of back pressure, usually caused by a partially blocked shower head, or someone kinked the hose during use.

Very weak pressure on the Hot setting. On Cold plenty of pressure
The pressure (or flow) has to be reduced to get hot water, has this suddenly dropped overnight or has it been getting worse and worse?

When I turn on the shower from the ceiling pull cord the power light turns on you then press the on button and it will then knock the fuse out
Is this the element at fault? Or something else?Hello, most likely to be a dead short in the heater tank (element), it will need a new heater can.

Triton T80Z on and off switch does not work. Must switch off the main outside the bathroom before use and after use. is the problem of switch. Light is switch is on when switched from outside. You advise will be very much appreciated.
If the electrics to the shower are okay, it would appear the solenoid valve may have failed which is not allowing the water to flow through the shower. It may be benificial to test the spades on solenoid for continuity

Our Triton t80z shower has suddenly started to be hard to control.I wondered if the outside temperture effects it or partly blocked shower head(We are in a very hard water area.It fluctuates between Very very hot and cool and doesn't respond to changeing the temperature control. If the thermostat has gone can it be replaced and how much would this cost.The shower is about two years old.
Thankyou for your helpHello, it could be either, the warm weather means the incoming water temp is quite high, so you only need to heat the water a small amount, you may need to use the shower on the middle setting instead of the high setting. Also check the shower head for blockage as this may play a big part in temp control.
