I have a triton cara 9.5kw. When HIGH is selected, the 63amp RCCB operates and cannot be reset until the main shower switch is off. COLD and ECON work ok. I suspect the heating element needs replacing - can they still be bought? Thanks

Yes, it sounds like the second element in the heater tank has failed. You would therefore need to replace the whole heater tank - part number P07810701.
